Have you ever thought about how you think and learn? Teaching students about the metacognitive process enables them to develop strategies to understand and enhance their own thinking and learning skills. Learn to teach students about the metacognitive process and improve their own learning. Learn what metacognition is, why is it important and the four most common characteristics of a metacognitive learner.
